Clouds but no rain today as radar does indeed show storm moving more north than east. However, the weather office has issued a «yellow warning« for tomorrow, predicting rainfall of up to 55 mm. And, as Cypriots always say, philosophically, we need the rain.
Princess Anne apparently visiting Cyprus today. And lucky enough to have President Anastasiades bend her ear on the Cyprus problem, though perhaps it comes as pleasant relief after questions about Prince Harry. No foreign dignitary ever visits Cyprus without a government announcement that they have been briefed on the «cyprob» (nickname not mine but in regular government usage), and expressed support. Leads one to assume that any sign that the foreign listener has not actually fallen asleep during their briefing is taken as detailed agreement.
