In all fairness it’s more likely that what they mean, and may well have said in Turkish, is that considering that covid-19 is an infectious disease, further decisions and announcements regarding it will be the responsibility of the Ministry of Health rather than the Council of Ministers. Probably a good thing. Just thinking that they are more likely to have the appropriate expertise - when, unfortunately, remember bizarre statements of a Minister of Health not a five hour flight from here. Well, we’ll hope for better.
