Email from cousin Kathleen in Scotland giving us a link for Charlie’s funeral Tuesday.  That will be a first. For us, at least. Live streaming funerals must now be common, given the strict limits on numbers at any gathering and the social distancing required. Odd, though. No reason not to have a wee dram during, but none of the hugs and chatter of being there. Have had fairly happy thoughts about Charlie’s  death ever since Kathleen wrote that he had been found sitting in his armchair with a newspaper, a piece of cake on a plate by his side. That has to be as good as it gets.
