BBC World's weather map (never its best offering) shows 2 weather spots in Canada, one of which is Winnipeg, with -25 forecast for Tuesday. And then we see clips of Beijing where snow has filled the streets and halted flights - very haard to imagine for anyone who remembers sweltering in China.
